Fully insured
Every shipment is insured to its full value and trackable. If something goes wrong, we handle it — not the courier.

Out fast
In-stock items leave the studio within 48 hours, usually the same day when ordered before noon.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not from order. Free shipping applies from €150 order value (after discounts) within the EU. Pre-orders ship on release day; if an order contains both in-stock items and a pre-order, by default we wait and send everything together — write us if you'd prefer a split shipment.
