14 days, no drama.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened in-stock items. If it didn't win you over, send it back — no debate.

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging, with the box undamaged. With collector figures the box is part of the piece, so we can't take back opened items as good-as-new — unless there's a defect or transit damage.

Write us via the contact page with your order number. We'll send you an insured return label and instructions. Please use the original shipping box or an equivalent.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund to the original payment method — usually within 5 business days. The original shipping cost is refundable if the item was defective.

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships — the deposit is fully refunded. After it ships, the normal return rules apply.

Thanks to double-boxing and full insurance this shouldn't happen — but if it does: photograph the damage and write us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
