Are the figures authentic?
Yes — and provably so. We source exclusively through official manufacturer distribution. Every piece is checked against its hologram seal and lot number before it earns the shelf, and a certificate of authenticity travels in the box.
How fast do you ship?
In-stock items leave our Antwerp studio within 48 hours, usually the same day when ordered before noon. Pre-orders ship on release day, once the figure has been verified.
Are there import duties?
Within the EU, no. We ship from Belgium, so your order clears no customs — no fees at the door, no surprises from the courier.
Can I return an item?
You can return unopened in-stock items within 30 days. The details and the process are on the Returns & Exchanges page.
What does a pre-order mean?
A pre-order reserves you a piece from an upcoming run and locks in today's price. You pay a 25% deposit today; the balance is due when the figure is released and ships.
